Report 1: Dashboard

The first report is the dashboard, which presents an overview of the property. The Dashboard is designed to give a quick view of the property and indicates items that require attention in order to complete the process.

Report 2: Estimates Needed

The estimates needed report displays information that is produced when the inspector adds text where a cost estimate is expected. This allows an on-site inspector to "raise a flag" for review in an area where they do not have expertise or would prefer to come back and review.

Report 3: Unit Overview

The unit overview report gives you the details of each unit. It places each unit in the property in a row and then column by column provides the information entered about the unit. You have complete control over what information shows up here so that you only get the information you need.

Report 4: Unit Item Counts

The unit item counts report breaks down how many of each item need to be repaired/replaced. It lists each item/issue and how many times it was found. It then uses the cost associated with that item to calculate the total cost to fix all instances of the item/issue.

Report 5: Unit Item Detail

The unit item detail report breaks down each unit item that needs to be repaired/replaced and where it is located. It has each item/issue and then lists the unit in which it was found.

Report 6: Unit by Unit

The unit by unit page shows the issues specific to each unit. It breaks down the information so you can very easily see each unit and all the repairs/replacements necessary for that unit.

Report 7: Common Area Overview

The common area overview report gives you the details of each common area. It places each common area in the property in a row and then column by column provides the information entered. You have complete control over what information shows up here so you only get the information you need.

Report 8: Common Area Item Counts

The common area item counts report breaks down how many of each item need to be repaired/replaced. It lists each item/issue and how many times it was found. It then uses the cost associated with that item to calculate the total cost to fix all instances of the item/issue.

Report 9: Common Area Item Detail

The common area detail report breaks down in which common area each item that needs to be repaired/replaced is located. It has each item/issue and then lists the unit in which it was found.

Report 10: Area by Area

The area by area page shows the issues specific to each area. It breaks down the information so you can very easily see each area and all the repairs/replacements necessary for that area.

Report 11: Item Cost Listing

The Item Cost Listing page lists all of the items needing attention along with their costs. This is where you input the costs that are used throughout the report.

Report 12: Notes

The Notes tab lists all of the notes entered during the inspection process.
