The first report is the dashboard, which presents an overview of the property. The Dashboard is designed to give a quick view of the property and indicates items that require attention in order to complete the process.

Estimates needed example

The estimates needed report displays information that is produced when the inspector adds text where a cost estimate is expected. This allows an on-site inspector to "raise a flag" for review in an area where they do not have expertise or would prefer to come back and review.

Unit overview example

The unit overview report gives you the details of each unit. It places each unit in the property in a row and then column by column provides the information entered about the unit. You have complete control over what information shows up here so that you only get the information you need.

The unit item counts report breaks down how many of each item need to be repaired/replaced. It lists each item/issue and how many times it was found. It then uses the cost associated with that item to calculate the total cost to fix all instances of the item/issue.
