Report 2: Estimates Needed |
|
The estimates needed report displays information that is produced when the inspector adds text where a cost estimate is expected. This allows an on-site inspector to "raise a flag" for review in an area where they do not have expertise or would prefer to come back and review. Zoom In View Report |
Report 3: Unit Overview |

The unit overview report gives you the details of each unit. It places each unit in the property in a row and then column by column provides the information entered about the unit. Report 4: Unit Item Counts |

The unit item counts report breaks down how many of each item need to be repaired/replaced. It lists each item/issue and how many times it was found. It then uses the cost associated with that item to calculate the total cost to fix all instances of the item/issue. Zoom In View Report |
