Situation

The City of Park Hills, Missouri is responsible for conducting a variety of inspections to ensure compliance with its city's statutes. Their inspections include new construction and occupancy rental inspections. Because of the inefficiencies of their paper-based system, their inspectors were having trouble keeping up with their workload. They decided to look at implementing an electronic field inspection tool that would reduce their inspection time.

Solution
