Situation

The City of Jonesboro Arkansas has a growing population and was struggling to complete the necessary inspections on new property in their community. They needed to find an inspection solution that was less labor intensive than their paper based system. The new software solution had to be easy to manage in the office and easy to use in the field. It was important that it was flexible enough to be customized for the various types of inspections on both commercial and residential properties.

Solution
